POLICIES & HOUSE RULES

Access codes will only be issued once you have agreed to the Terms and Conditions and paid all accommodation/booking fees as well as supply all details required (Valid Identification - Bio data page of international passport, Drivers Licence, Voters Card, National ID). Please note that all properties have a minimum 2-night stay policy.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Depending on your reservation cancellation policy, Funds paid are non-refundable and non-transferable if cancellation is outside the policy.

  • Guests can receive a full refund if they cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

  • A full refund is also available within 48 hours of booking, as long as the cancellation is made at least 14 days before check-in.

  • If a cancellation is made between 5 days before check-in, 50% of the booking total will be refunded.

  • For cancellations made less than 5 days before check-in, the reservation is non-refundable.

We encourage guests to review these terms before booking and reach out with any questions!

NO CASH POLICY

We do not accept cash as a mode of payment.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT

Check-in is at 2 pm, and check-out is at 11 am.

BOOKING PAYMENTS

All Reservations must be paid in full before check-in. Also, note that deposits or partial payments are not refundable.

EXTENSIONS

All extensions of reservation are strictly subject to availability and must be requested 48 hours before the expiration of the existing reservation

NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS

All accommodation must only be used for private/residential use and to accommodate a maximum of (2) guests for a 1-bedroom apartment and (4) guests for a 2-bedroom apartment.

Parties, Hangouts, Get-togethers, and other functions are highly prohibited.

Exceeding the stated number of guests may result in termination of the reservation, and you may be required to vacate the apartment immediately without a refund.

PETS.

Pets are not allowed within the apartments and in common areas

SCHEDULED CLEANING

Cleaning of the apartment will be carried out every 48 hours after the check-in day, including the cleaning of the sheets. This will include laundry of the sheets at no extra cost.

Note that the cleaning staff are not under any obligation to run errands or perform any other tasks assigned by the guests.

NOISE/NUISANCE

We shall not entertain excessive noise, nuisance, or disturbance caused to neighbouring properties during your occupancy. If the occupant fails to comply after being warned, then the facility manager may proceed to cut off the power supply to such occupant.

INTERNET ACCESS

You have unlimited Internet access throughout your stay at the apartment.

DAMAGE

Whilst in occupancy, you are fully responsible for all breakages and damage caused to the apartment, its furniture fittings, or any consequent loss suffered by the Management. Any such breakages, damage, or loss must be reported IMMEDIATELY to the property manager, and items are to be replaced or repaired to the satisfaction of the Management before departure.

PERSONAL ITEMS

Please remember to take your personal items/belongings with you upon your departure, as we shall accept no responsibility whatsoever for any such items left behind.

SMOKING

Smoking in the common areas such as the lobbies, reception, stairways, car park, and other signified areas is prohibited. This is to protect our non-smoking guests from the odour and damage caused by smoking as much as possible. However, smoking can be done privately on your apartment balconies. NOTE: Smoking of ILLEGAL substances on the property is highly prohibited

PARTY, PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY

Our apartment is strictly residential, and no party or commercial shooting is permitted.

SAFETY

In the case of any emergency, the property is equipped with fire extinguishers in common areas and fireballs in the apartment. There is also a first aid kit at the reception in case of any injury.
